Guitar Lessons

Today I was playing my dad's guitar. It was really fun! Then I thought why don't I teach myself guitar. It will be easy. Well, I don't know if you are keeping count, but I was wrong again. It was really hard! Surprise! Surprise!

When I first started it was really fun. But then I got mad because I couldn't get the chords right. Then I settled down. Then my finger tips start to really hurt. I thought when will the nightmare end. I also asked my dad if I can take lessons he said" we will see." But then I got through the pain and started to get better. After about 2 hours I stop for the night.

If you are thinking about playing an instrument I highly recommend the guitar our as other say it juitar! It is really fun!

Beach Day

Monday our family and friends went to the beach! It was so much fun! We built sandcastles and played in the water that was really cold. In the morning when we got to the beach we walked to breakfast. It was really tasty and good!

Then we went to the beach and had a really good time. But when we got back I was miserable. I got really bad sun burn. I felt like sleeping and I thought I was going to be sick. So when we got home I went to bed at 8.00 PM I was hurting so bad.

Last Day Of school

Today was the last day of school. It was sad but all the teachers were sad also. There was some kids crying. But I thought look at the bright side I'm a middle schooler.

Before we left I was sad but did not cry because I'm a man althougth I'm crying right now. During the day we watch the end of the year movie. It was good it showed all the pictures that my teacher took during the year. But all together it was really good.

Yesterday my teacher read the blog about her and really liked it. If you didn't read that post it's below this on. This is my two days I have one more thing to say

My Teacher Mrs.Tomlin

This Blog is about my loving teacher. She taught us well throughout the year and we still have much to learn. Though the biggest lesson she taught us was Respect.

I will always remember her throughout the years I'm Alive. She will be missed by all. We have been with her for 180 days but It seems she's been with us forever. And as I said she will never be lost.

Mrs. Tomlin was so kind that she would take her weekend to plan fun lessons with us and took time to make movies for a show. I am Proud to say that Mrs. Tomlin is my 5th grade teacher. That's my blog and it's short but said a lot.

School Wide Field Day

I know, I know you are probably thinking wow this school has a lot of field days. What I think is having some fun outside won't hurt anyone right.... WRONG!

By the end of the day I was bright pink (and I still am). I did not feel good at all. I had a horriable Headache and I was really really really warm. Besides my aching sun burn I had a good day. The sky was B E A uitful and clear. We had a DJ yoyo, and The whole school was divide into 4 teams. Bule, Purple, orange, yellow, and of course me. I won the whole thing.

Ha Ha just joking I was on the orange team one of the games we played was a songe relay. One of myu favorite games you had to fill the sponge with water then balnce it on your head. I got Soaked!!!!!!

Then after all the games we went to the auditorium to hear the score. In last purple then orange the yellow then in first blue. I didn't win but it was fun.

Kick Ball Tournament

Today we had a kick ball Tournament. 5Th Grade Against Staff. It wasn't really fair 75 kids against 15 staff members.


It All started this morning with a web site to go to on our computers. 20 minutes later we found out it was a fake web site just to fool us. What mean teachers!I mean everyone knows that kids are more energetic than teacher and teachers are and teachers are physically unable to kick a ball. But we were way wrong.


The first inning the teachers got 15 Points!! We were all stunned. Then the second inning we score 9 points and the teachers go up to 24 points. Then the third inning our class was up to bat... I mean kick... ohhhhh what ever it was we were up. So intense. I was last to kick and last of our hope. Then we went to the out field we almost caught every single ball they kick.


But when the game was over the score was 30 to 23 staff won sniff sniff

5-Grade Party At Willis Elm

Today we went to Our 5 grade end of the year party. It was so cool! When we got to the field there was all these blow-ups. There was a obstacle course, Moon bounce, slide,and a bungie run.

The bungie run is when you run as fast as you can while you are attached to a bungie cord. The object to win is to get a the black velcro rectangle the closes to 30 starting at 1. I Got to 23 by runing and 27 but throwing the rectangle. After about and hour of fun we ate lunch we hadsandwich with chips. Then we played some more. And at the end of our 4 hour party the teachers lead the cha-cha slide. It Was Priceless. I should of brought my camera.

Then we went to the caferteia to eat snowcones I didn't get too eat one because the first time I dropped it on the floor. The second time the person that gave it to me dropped it (NOT MY FAULT) and the third time someone kicked out of my hands. What is up with that! Although it was a really nice day. But I didn't get My SNOWCONE.
